While working at R&D Media in Amsterdam, I learned a lot about the commercial aspects of interactive design. One of the learning moments was when I was asked to design a pitch for BET, a major broadcaster in the States. BET was looking for new opportunities in mobile entertainment and R&D Media had the perfect infastructure for it.
The case was simple: Art direct and design a mobile store, a wap page, an interactive banner, plus the layout for the broadcasting spots in 4 days, and hand it over to an edit studio, who will edit it in a slick promo vid. Quite a hectic job but it resulted in the stuff below.
